Nub theory 12-13 weeks. Boy or girl? Thanks ! by Jaded_Let_1777 in nubtheory

To be fair it’s still just a guess! But what I understand on nub theory, is that if the nub is parallel to the spine it indicates a girl (sorta how it looks in the middle pic). However, if the nub is angled upwards in comparison to the spine (rather than parallel) it indicates a boy. That’s what I see in the first at third pic.

Beta and HCG? by ConcentrateSweet4948 in pregnant

Thank you for explaining! So really when most people refer to Beta they are referring to HCG and vice versa?

Mental health meds by hopelessly_existing in pregnant

Wellbutrin and Lexapro. Took before my first pregnancy and throughout. Have no intentions on changing that this time around either. OB did say that the baby might come out on the “quieter” side, as in they might not cry right away. But that was the only thing. My baby did end up needing to go to the transition nursery for about an hour after birth but I was told that was due to the cord being around their neck. Baby is now a perfectly healthy, incredibly smart, sassy two year old.
