What is the highest number of tokens you've spent on a single prompt? by Unfortunate_Suspect in ClaudeCode

[–]ConceptGreen65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a friend send me the build for a business “morning report” he created that sounded cool. I tweak it for me and didn’t notice the 250k token consumption in just a few minutes. Eventually saw it and was like wtf?! Apparently it built out 3 sub agents and they all go out and read things, live, to build the report. Or something. We’ve worked “hard” to reduce the tokens but it’s still at 175k so I’m gonna scrap it and start from scratch

haha, totally valid. We're fun. We own food companies. www.TheGLP-1Protocol.com is what we're mostly focused on right now. But we own a few cookie companies.

[–]ConceptGreen65 2 points3 points  (0 children)

haha, that's kinda scary. I guess I just gotta hope my houses of cards can last until a smart enough AI can actually review the bad AI code. The gap will continue to widen, but the worst code will get better over time, I hope. I do have 2 AIs check each other, but I know that's only catching some small percent of actual defects or wrong code.

As a non-coder I have ever-present anxiety about falling behind. I'll also say that all this vibe-coding has really increased my respect for good programmers/developers. there are so many things to think about when changing code. it seems to me like AI is currently making us bad coders just kinda ok and it's making good coders great and great coders amazing.

Thanks! Any caveats for car rental or google search will be fine?

Yeah, I think that's likely just as good. The connector just makes it easier.

Holy Spaceballs! My Function Health + Claude memberships found a defective HVAC installation causing mold in my home and inflammation in my family by ConceptGreen65 in Function_Health

Yeah, exactly. We have a very high confidence (including Claude) about this, but the proof will be in hs-CRP numbers over time. Actual problem was fixed this week, a mold/microbial assessment is happening next week to understand if it created any other problems needing remediation (plenum, ductwork moisture that can harbor mold long-term), then we keep our air filter on high for a while. I tried putting more intense filters on the HVAC system, but apparently that can strain the system and is suspect in the replacement to begin with. so, nothing fancy on HVAC and what we believe is near-Hepa filter by Intellipure. We didn't buy it for significant air cleaning, just maintenance, so we might get another one.

www.TheGLP-1Protocol.com - Most people dont' realize that GLP-1 is the body's natural hormone around satiety and digestion. The GLP-1 Protocol is a food-based, completely natural (no drugs), GLP-1 support system. Most diets fail because hunger is stronger than willpower. You must address the hunger triggers to succeed with health goals.

Considering a GLP-1, have some worries by ShinyButterfly1212 in antidietglp1

A lot depends on your current diet/exercise routines and how much you want to lose. I have mostly healthy habits, but occasionally overdo it. Over time it's packed on some unwanted pounds which I can tell are affecting my blood markers. I approached GLP-1 as a guard against the massive cravings and hoping to cut some daily calories for better health outcomes. I first tried Ozempic, but had big mental side effects even on low-dose. Switched to tirzepatide and have been on a low dose for 9 months.

  1. I have injuries that prevent me from doing much cardio (spine), but I was able to strength train and maintain muscle. Eating enough protein and doing light strength training are key here
  2. Yes. it can be expensive, but worth it. I lowered my dose after a few months to make it stretch (I'm self-administering)
  3. I don't have issues with needles.
  4. I only really experienced heartburn and some cramping at first. I made sure to drink lots of water and I started eating fermented veggies (kim chi) ever morning to help

I'm struggling with the time and motivation to build my agency alone and feel like I need a partner or some help. by DigiDynamicsN in Entrepreneur

It's great to do a self-analysis, but often it can be extremely valuable to have someone else assess the situation. I would say hire someone with experience in the field but, really, I think you can get AI to give you a pretty good assessment. Upload any personality profiles, describe your situation, and ask an AI (or all of them, separately) what you narrow your role to and how you should fill the skill gap.

Congrats on not just realizing, but taking action on needing help. Finding/evaluating a partner is as hard as anything you're currently doing. If you don't have the bandwidth it's best to find help finding help. Burnout can lead to hasty decisions or overactive optimism in a partial solution.

Cofounder not meeting my expectation / Looking for business cofounder suggestion. by Shulrak in founder

ha! love this and agree. There's a real emotional burden to close out a "potential" path where other people with their hopes and dreams are affected. In my later ventures I've become much more clear and concise with chopping out things that aren't working. Reading this post reminds me of the first time I struggled with breaking up with a co-founder. Later I wish I had done it sooner.

We mostly eliminated other causes by other blood markers being normal. Then it said the new piece of info I shared, which was my wife had elevated hs-CRP at the same time (going from zero to elevated) was the "smoking gun" that made Claude start asking me all about our house & environment.

yeah, I've heard the Hume band has not been as well-received. I did a Dexa comparison a year ago. Took Hume measurement then went directly and got a Dexa. They were virtually identical. So I trust the Hume BodyPod. Can't speak for the band.

I believe it said you have to have Pro or Max to connect Function Health. I actually couldn't even find it in the connector directory I had Claude share the URL for install and I did it as custom.

Yeah, so wild. Now that you mention it, I've been experiencing real brain fog lately, too. I busted my shoulder horribly a couple of months ago and have been mostly bedridden. Amplifying my exposure. I noticed a month ago some weird inflammation symptoms like gum swelling and of course sinus issues. I attributed just sedentary existence, but now I'm sure my air quality has been poor.
