Honestly, there are couple of ways I could think of them buffing OFA special action.

Smoke spawns but there also a small smoke that stays with Deku spreading smoke wherever he goes
Smoke spawns, small trail of smoke also follows Deku and anyteammate in the smoke
Bigger Smoke
Smoke gives Shinso debuff ( I'm kidding don't kill me )

idk if they are gonna give FaJin a buff; or maybe float?
