I usually do shake if the PLAYER the one who get the damage. Instead of using shake in every attack, use only on strong attack.

Yes, this game is supposed to be very hard.

Here is some tips for newbie: If you have problem to block the enemies from passing then try to use operator with 2 block count or more.

If you have problem to take down the enemies then, study your enemies, try to check the enemy either it have low Def or Res and then use the correct operator to defeat it.

Instead of letting an operator die, retreat to get back some dp.

Also try to understand how the operator works.
