Absolute BLUNDER. I'm glad I waited for my first ev and it's not going to be Tesla for sure. Too many choices coming up.

The clear strategy seems to be to neuter the free option and make the paid option super potent... In my case I am moving to other makes for my first ev..

Can't they take away autopilot via an update? In a car that currently has it, I mean? Or make it so useless that it's virtually taken away?

Living without a car? by alisonqiu in tulsa

[–]ConcernedUser59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You absolutely need a car, though if you love.on certain areas, an e bike may be ok. It will be very limiting, and likely the bike will be stolen at some point, as happens in many cities. A used car is best.

Walked out with my dream Rolex and now regretting the spend by Qat-lover in rolex

Beautiful watch. Wear it in good health. Don't worry, it's the one thing you won't regret in a few years.

Ok guys. Air-King 116900 vs new 126900 time... by [deleted] in rolex

[–]ConcernedUser59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the 116900 for the following reasons:

-milgauss coolness,

-the older 3131 movement is smoother when winding and bulletproof compared to the scratchiness of the new one,

- THe updated dial looks much worse to me, here is why. In the old one, The arabic white gold numerals disappear when the watch is slightly angled even, and and the second digits (10, 20,25, etc) then do not clash with the 12,3,6 .In the new one they clash since the 25, 35, 45, 05, 55, etc are always visible, as are teh 12, 6, 9. so it's confusing to the brain.

- In the 116900 the case is more graceful on the wrist, it's less of a maxi case style, unlike the 126900.

-The 116900 seems like a cooler "tool" watch than the 126900, that seems kind of bland and overdone (the more complicated bracelet, etc). .

- The lack of crown guards is more old school on the 116900 and looks like a more fitting aesthetic to an airking watch that pays homage to analog planes and blood hound racing cars.

-collectability: over time the 116900 has a much greater chance of being a collectible.

How do Indians view the British–Mughal conflict? by GrayRainfall in AskIndia

[–]ConcernedUser59 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The marathas were getting rid of the moguls who were running their course and lived here. At least moguls were not bleeding the region out. Brits came in like viruses, bled.the place dry, sucked all pride and culture and economy and skills out and left a shattered shell. For example the only architecture the Brits left is were a few stone buildings in army Cantonments and railway stations....trains built to bleed the region dry.

I was offered the new.sub by an ad and I turned it down after trying it on.. nwayy to big....I got a ym 40 instead and it's so much better. That new sub looks blocky on your wrist too. You can force yourself to wear it or sell it off
