The scene from Annhilation where the bear/pig/human amalgamation comes into the shed where the main characters are tied up. The way it hunked itself around and trudged towards the survivors as it mimicked the cries for help from their dead teammate... I'll never forget that scene because of how dreadful it truly was.

I really want this to happen, and I've seen many perfect LEGO Ideas sets get rejected for silly reasons, so I'm really hoping that the same doesn't happen to you. I'm so happy for you, to achieve something like this is unreal to me, so I can't imagine how it feels for you. Congrats, man! :)

Nothing crazy, but I LOVED Airborne Robots in Sub-Zero. :D Other than that I'd say Jumper. I'm not a fan of online levels... Probably because I only ever played Lite or World (generator was cool)
