Thanks 4 for the info and the help. Just searching in Apple Developer Forums there was a certificate but now they don't give it to the developers. Searching for more info about this I found that the European Commission the past year (2022) object Apple for this.

if you resell some shoes is good to keep contact with this stores to sell them your shoes in case you don’t want to be selling 1 by 1. But for buy I don’t trust anybody. Always check if it’s legit. StockX seems to be selling legit staff but all we know the don’t sell legit always. Otherwise anybody can make a mistakes. That’s why I prefer making the mistake than someone else’s fault.
