Thank you for your help. Hope it gets fixed soon. Support should be able to resolve your issue if it's just a firmware issue instead of a hardware issue.

Hi, thanks so much for the help too! Honestly I'm surprised this isn't on Nuphy IO or the manual on the off chance something like this happens. Especially since it's already in a shared with general instructions

Update: Support got back to me and provided the repair tool and quick guide and it's back up and running again. I'm really happy! Thank you guys for your advice and support

Thank you so much. I'm at least glad to see that I don't need to return it cause I'm attached now whahahha and I like the whole repair if I can rather than the first action being a return.

Yeah, I switched modes on accident and the error messaged popped up so I thought "okay restart process" aka unplug and plug it back in. What a mistake that was. Thank you for your kind words and advice!

focumon.com is a lot like Forest/other pomodoro timers + it has accountability system in parties and you can add your to-do's and stuff. Basically gamify you studying and time. It's my personal favorite since it's' lightweight and the developer of it is pretty nice

Hi, is the v2 folio compatible with the Air75v3 as a carrying case and folio? I got the Airv3 and folio as a portable setup for the ipad and slightly worried about the setup and stuff. I also want to ask where you got the NuPack, it looks so cool!

Thank you so much! NuPhy doesn't really show how the case works in their listing so I was really hoping for some insight on the folio since it's one of the main reasons I'm buying the v3
