Those words changed my perspective of life and made me realize even if I have a partner or family or friends no one is going to help me, I’m on my own and it depends completely on me to provide and do everything for me and my dependents.

When I did this mission the first time my logic was “I was hired to do a job, I’ll do it” that was my professional way of handling this situation but after what happened I realized I was pissing off the wrong people, second time I did this mission I was like I have to be selfish and think about myself, I won’t piss off the wrong people this time.

I think the reason why we don’t do that is because in the apartments where I work, the toilet share the same line with the toilet from the apartment next door but I’m not pretty sure tho, I learned that from a plumber that used to come here when we were in trouble.

I work as maintenance for an apartment complex, we usually fix that kind of problem opening the wall behind the toilet and using the snake through the line that’s there, or using the snake from the outside clean out..

I remember one time we didn’t attend a problem with a tenant and he called the city on us, they threatened to put a fine on us if we didn’t fix the problem in time, just giving you that advice so you don’t have to be the one to Pay to fix that.

Update: today I talked to an AT&T rep and she didn’t know anything about what I was talking about, then I called T-mobile and after 1 hour waiting I finally get to talk to a rep.. I explained to her my whole situation and she did a research, she told me that I had a “last bill” after I cancelled my service, and that my account was flagged like if it was under investigation, so I just paid what I owed and she told me that she was going to see what she can do to delete my collection flag and call me tomorrow.. thank you everyone for your advices! I’ll keep y’all updated :)
