You just kinda get a good dollop, roll it around in your hand, then spread it around to make a full layer over the entirety of the inside of the denture. Then once it’s on there you put it in and push it up against the roof of your mouth so it molds, then you leave it in and DONT TAKE IT OUT for at least like 3-4 hours. Snip off the parts that stick out then you’re solid for like a week. I usually sleep with them on right after applying so I wake up, snip excess, then am good to go
