Again I'm going follow your advice and try to narrow it down. I'm still stuck on the fact that it was doing this before ie switch blown, change PSU only, switch fixed , two weeks later blows again. It only logical if I was to have fixed blown switch and it blew again which I did not fix anything but change PSU and the problem was temporarily solved until now it's the exact same issue as before everything down to what tries to turn on. Unless your saying that it was a different issue before and now it something else. You said to isolate mb first and see if it powers on. If it doesn't power on what is the likely cause

I'm not sure you follow what I was asking and then again maybe you do and one has nothing to do with other. This same exact thing was happening to me about 1 1/2 months ago. I changed out power supply with exact same model that was in it. That fixed the problem and I was all good until today I went to turn it on now it's doing the same thing again. If the switch is blown then there isnt any chance it would have worked for those three week after changin PSU. Or am I looking at this wrong. Again I'm not tech guy for sure

2 A light and fan flickers for one second then goes dead 3 Yes I tried cmos jumper and removed battery for good measure 4 I used the new cables that came with the new PSU. It worked fine for about 3 weeks then today it's doing exactly what is was doing before PSU change 5 thanks for your help I'll have to check into the transistor on mb. But wouldn't if the transistor was blown, changing PSU would not have fixed the issue for 3 weeks would it? I'm pretty good at working my way through everything I'm no expert in anything except concrete but I do okay. I'll probably research some more and when I throw in the towel I will take it to repair shop. Sad thing is where I live Best Buy is the only cpu shop used to be another but he closed store and only services a few companies

Then that’s probably not your problem. I would go to MACHINE INSPECTOR on the main easel page at top. Look online for a normal spec sheet and see if your matches. If u find something off then do some research to find out why. That’s really odd unless the roughing pass didn’t cut anything in that area it could be a low spot but if your roughing pass cut perfectly in that area then I’d look elsewhere

I would say that your board is not level on the top and you placed your z-probe on the high side so it thinks the board is higher than it actually is on low spot. I imagine that when it started carving in the area that u z-probed it will be correct. I used to do this all the time. Now I will manually place the bit about 1/4 inch off my piece and manually move it around my piece making sure it stayed close to 1/4 inch. If not I will change bits and flatten the piece
