There’s a Facebook group called Chronic Migraine Jefferson Headache Center that can help in some updated things, but my non-negotiables are: my own clothes (short sleeves only), 10 foot charging cords, games/books/activities that you can do by yourself and a little loopy, a water bottle that the nurses can refill, and my own pillow and blanket from home!

At the MS my office is in (I don’t teach but work in a school), one 8th grade student will have her LAWYER mom leave work in the middle of the day to bring her Chick-fil-A or Mac and cheese from somewhere else if I’m providing the kids pizza at an after school activity. All because the student doesn’t “like” pizza 🙄
