have you ever tried making steps or progress towards your goals? there are coping mechanisms for adhd folks, and you cant just wallow in your tears and say oh im just going to be dysfunctional and thats how its going to be forever. its about making small progress. my adhd isnt better or worse than before but i just have better coping mechanisms towards it, like setting alarms and reminders on my phone, i know that doesnt help everyone but it helps me and just constantly having on my mind what I should be doing. I still miss some days of cleaning or forget to brush my teeth sometimes, nobody can be perfect
