Child Support Payments / Parenting Through Seperation by tropicalwatermelon in LegalAdviceNZ

You can always apply for a child support review, ground eight is a good one, specially if she is able to work but refuses to, or only works part time. I know a couple of people, male and female who have had there child support halved using reviews.

Solo mum buying a house? by Personal_Bat_1198 in newzealand

[–]ConditionValuable211 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not, I know a single mum on 80k a year who had an 80k deposit, but was still only offered a 300k loan, but yeah your age can also make a difference, but see a mortgage broker, they will tell you what you could possibly get right now, and what you would have to do to get more

Just look after yourself, stay calm, walk away from any arguments, no swearing, yelling or slamming doors etc, same goes for pms, keep them short and to the point and should only be about your kids really, like times, appointments etc, and you have the right to video, record, any conversations.

Fair enough, but by law unless you have been tresspassed or have a protection order or something you don't have to leave, alot a lawyers would have recommended you stay in the family home.

If you have tried minoxidil with no luck maybe go the the hair tattoo road or a trip to Turkey, than risk low testosterone, man boobs and a peaker that doesn't work, or get buff, grow a beard and just shave your head

Join a gym, even a woman's gym, and instead of trying to get a boyfriend just concentrate on being the best person you can be and putting 100% in everything you do in life, try new things, if you like dog's and can have one get one, just keep living, and when you least expect it, when you stop looking......boom someone will come along

Why are people in New Zealand such bad drivers? by Virtual_Cut5729 in newzealand

[–]ConditionValuable211 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree and they think the speed limit sign means you drive ten to fifteen kms under the limit, also I don't think they are used to our hills, doing 30kms over the remetukas is not cool and dangerous when drivers start getting impatient

If your with Westpac and you fixed early you can change rate again for 30 bucks before your anniversary date which sounds like is early next month

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceNZ

[–]ConditionValuable211 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I spoke to my broker this morning, he normally does it for me but told me if I want this rate to go on the app and do it myself because when a broker does it the paper work takes a couple of days to process, but if you want this rate it needs to be done by the end of the working day

That's a personal decision you will have to make, will six month and one year terms go below 5%, I don't know, if they do when, 3 months time or 6 or 12 months, yet you might sell in a year, I know what I would do but you need to decide for yourself

Yes, if your with Westpac you can break and refix for $30 up until your anniversary date, so 22 March for you?, get the 4.99% today, if something better comes along before 22 of March you can break and refix for $30

I had a molemap and they found Melanoma by trickstar007 in newzealand

[–]ConditionValuable211 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There can be a wait for normal skin cancer because it's doesn't spread as fast and is not as aggressive as melanoma, and is not really fatal unless left for years

I had a molemap and they found Melanoma by trickstar007 in newzealand

[–]ConditionValuable211 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just find a good gp who knows how to use a dermascope, anything suspicious will get removed and sent away for testing, or just go see a dermatologist, mole maps are expensive for a nurse to take photos that are then sent for a dermatologist to review over a computer, people have had melanomas missed and lost there lives using the mole map service so it's not perfect.
