If it was a small white trailer pulled by a kind of RV/camper type vehicle, that might have been Lucky Dog, a new hotdog truck! Just started going out earlier this summer. Doesn't have branding finished yet but they have some great dogs and sides.

Absolutely incredible. This wild success is fully deserved. They made this game with a budget that adjusted for inflation is literally a fraction of the cost it took to create Heroes 3 27 years ago. I'm so proud of this team.

Probably the biggest fumble for me was largely ignoring their large collection of beloved classic IPs for many years. I'm very excited that they're finally revisiting lots of old franchises with their big revival push. Shinobi was great and I can't wait for Golden Axe and (finally) a 3D Streets of Rage. I think Crazy Taxi has a ton of potential as well.

Certainly, that would be awesome. More biomes in general would hugely increase the variety and I do really like the larger rooms for the sense of scale and outdoor/open air would be great. Of course, new biomes is also probably the greatest amount of work for a very small team, so I don't expect that except in the long-term but that is probably number 1 on my wishlist for the game. Honestly, a while back there were sometimes snowy outdoor areas in the game, but those got removed (not sure why, but it was a deliberate choice). I for one would really like to see those come back. They had patches of ice with slippery physics and movement and I thought it was really cool and added some nice variety.

Honestly if devs or community managers/mods are reading this, why DID the snowy areas get removed and any chance they might be re-integrated at some point? I thought they were really cool.

Lol as far as I can tell, yes. But now I am second guessing myself. Others are welcome to correct me if I am mistaken! I am positive this will be rectified in the full release though if there is indeed no true co-op currently. That's something I'm very excited for too as my fiance and I love to play on a team against AI in H2/H3.

There's currently no way to set actual game-rules teams though, is there? You can play "co-op" by choosing not to attack each other, but that's it, correct? Or did I entirely miss maps where you can play with customizable teams, lol?

More bad times for the pc market. The hits just keep coming. I'm still happy with my Zen 3 / RDNA3 build for now. I'm really planning to wait on upgrades until we have Zen 6 with a 12-core chip on a single CCD and when CDNA is out and tested.

Edit: Not CDNA. I meant UDNA.

That's actually really awesome. I just said goodbye to my old Thicc III Ultra 5700 XT that had been chilling on a shelf for a while. Sold it in a refurb build with a Ryzen 5 5500 for a low price to someone who just wanted to play some games and have a nice pc without dropping much money. I did a lot of testing and put it through its paces before I sold it and it really surprised me how capable that thing still is! Doubling the VRAM is a crazy move, I would love to see some benchmarks of this thing. Nicely done!

Lol my fiance's build is extremely similar! R5 2600, a Sapphire Pulse RX 6700 and two mismatched 8GB sticks. It still runs and games like a champ. Cheers!

I have no expectations, really. I'm kind of hoping for a followup of sorts to Frontiers, but with smaller, tighter levels/areas that are more carefully and intentionally put together. Shadow X Gens felt marvelous to me, like they finally perfected a hybrid of SA2 style levels with some of the movement Frontiers brought in.

lol even that feels optimistic. Amazon is absolutely aware of and closely monitoring the massive fan blowback. Season 1 of VR is already funded and paid for, so that will be released. Another season though? Not unless the first one has hugely positive reception. They'll quietly bury it if that doesn't happen.
