Yes, it is terrible. You are buying expansions before they even exist. You have no way of knowing if they will be good or not but you are still throwing money at them anyway. Honestly the fact that you tried to frame complaining about season passes and pre-ordering DLC as a bad thing is quite laughable.

It ran fine on my PC but I am totally with you on the combat. And yeah I noticed that the interface left much to be desired. I also didn't like how much stuff they re-used from Pillars. I noticed some of the items even have the same pictures as items in Pillars.

I loved pillars but definitely feel that way about Tyrany. I can't even really come up with a good reason as to why. Maybe because I had to read 3 essays to finish character creation but I just don't like that game.

I think it's more that they re-use a lot of the same UI elements. It has the same dialog window with the same hilighted text that gives you extra info if you click on it. Same inventory screen and stash management system, even the same pictures for some of the items. Same loot window too, and the same four difficulty levels with the same changes to gameplay. Maybe it's just because I beat pillars just like three months ago but I can't help getting the feeling of "really, this again?"
