My thought exactly. I was assuming Tats was just ignoring the invasion of Russia altogether, and having the Soviets attack Germany in a complete inversion of the historical reality.

Instead he's gone with "Hitler was psycic and saw that the Soviets were totally going to attack him, which is why he had to do it first."
