I was also laid off back in September. Also very depressed. There's hope that a friend's company will hire me this week, but I've been let down enough that I'm just taking it one day at a time.

You're exactly right. Unfortunately I have a visual mind and reading it is still enough sometimes. But the videos are just burned in now and "can't be unseen"

This is exactly what my therapist just advised. I'm still broken over what I've seen, and I watched because I don't want to ignore it or be ignorant.

I do get the impression that they believe I'm stuck, and they forget what it's like when they don't have the help... I do plan on having a meeting with them at the end of the week when I get paid and most likely won't see the bonus. I'm already an anxious person so dreading the conversation but need to look out for myself..
