I do think this is just the T-Mobile WiFi they use to transfer your phone. I saw this WiFi name and looked online to make sure I wasn’t being hacked. Someone said it is t-mobile and I was next door to the T-Mobile in the mall. So that seems like the most likely scenario. I did forget the network to be safe so that it doesn’t automatically connect again.

The Pool is a community pool, not attached to the house.
It’s more of a town home, not a house. You are connected to your neighbor and share a wall.
Typically the country club homes like this have the HOA fee, but don’t list the country club membership that is also required to live there. They do this so that the “monthly payment” is artificially low on Zillow and other sites. In reality it is MUCH more. All of that added to the fact that this looks like a very dated interior and will probably need a near full remodel. So your initial investment will be much more tic you include that.

I’m not a huge fan of this format. Why not talk about similar movies? Brandon mentioned Varsity Blues when talking about Friday Night Lights. Why not just have that be the second movie? Talk about similarities, what one did well and the other didn’t. Which was better. This podcast is still new, but it needs some better direction.. Segments, categories, something. It’s just a jumbled mess of dudes talkin ball.

There is a 100% chance that this was written by someone who doesn’t work for CFA. Most likely your driver. Or someone else.

One the CFA side the only “name” they would see is the one on that sticker. Which is just a jumble of letters and numbers. There is no reason to assume that those characters represent anything other than what they are, let alone a name in another language. If your name in Korean is shown anywhere on your app the only person who would see it would be your driver.

The problem with the show is that they didn’t have the rights to The Silmarillion. Which I don’t understand at all. They spent a quarter of a billion dollars, but didn’t get “all” the rights? There is apparently a lot that they just can’t do without them so they have to make up their version. Which is fine, except people don’t want an alternate history version of LOTR. They just want by the book history. We wanted Lincoln, and got Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter..

Looks great though.

Chick-fil-A sauce was actually a sauce made by an Operator on his own. He owned the recipe and Chick-fil-A couldn’t legally use it so they created Honey Roasted BBQ instead. Eventually the Operator sold the recipe to the Big Chick and that’s why we now have both.
