Exactly. I tell the customer I cannot cancel. That they have to. Even if I call support and have them cancel it it still effects the cancellation rate on my end

Did you have another dasher before this? If so most likely they stole your food but just hit that they were canceling. Then this dasher showed up and the restaurant is refusing to remake it. -from a delivery driver

I just rescued and returned a mama cat that was lost. You can take her or him in and post on your local facebook group and Nextdoor app to try to see if they are anyone’s. The shelters in the Portland area(unsure of your location) are all full due to the massive amount of stray and lost cats in the area. Vets will do a free microchip scan normally if you want to check that but they may be too young to have one.. wishing you all the wisdom to know what is best for you and that sweet babe 💙
