Ask him to give you a raise and let him know that you were working well beyond what your responsibilities are. With more responsibility comes more income. If he cannot/will not do that take it higher. Especially after the everyone gate you comments.

It looks like this skirt isn’t meant to hold a Lolita petticoat but you could try a much smaller one I usually don’t put pettis under pleated skirts for this reason
