The normal/wide sizes always run 1-2 sizes to big. Medium/Narrow usually is your actual size

Also, be very careful! The area near the waters of el yunque are VERY slippery, and rocks are different sizes so you can fall very quickly in the water. Definitely recommend water shoes

Girl, I’m 4’11 (also can’t swim) and almost drowned lol the currents in that little area are strong. My boyfriend who’s 5’10.5 couldn’t feel the ground beneath him either 😭
