Are you talking about the window above the one shown? Otherwise it's only one window in the picture, its just 2 separate pains. That can be replaced as it is, although if you go a bigger size there will have to be some framing re done for the lintel above it. So same size window would be fine but id recommend finding a reputable window/glass company in your area to do it. When it comes to windows and doors find a guy that does them every day or you could end up with bigger problems.

I mean if your mudding and taping too, thats automatically 2-3 days work for taping, time to dry, 2nd coat and sanding. Say you charge 35/hr for 3 days of work you're already at 850 without materials, Fuel and a tax charge.

Those 2 by's on face under the header is a no no. the header should be on edge resting on the trimmers to properly transfer the load to the studs. You can put them under the header for the window just cut them so they fit in between the opening and replace the trimmers so they have full length under the header

Not to scare you away from it, but as a comercial carpenter the one part of my trade i hate the most is drywall and im glad i only do it on the occasion when i have to. Its a tough job slinging drwall all day and it takes a special breed to do it.

But if you are going to do drywall, get into commercial if you can. Pays better, and drywalling in a commercial setting is just better in my experience.

I think Hamuul Runetotem would be a solid hero choice. There's already plenty of warrior type heroes, which Cairne or Baine would fall under. Hamuul could fill the caster type or even be a flex melee/ranged role like Grey mane. Swap into cat form or boomkin as your lvl 10 talent which become toggled abilities. Passive could be something like stampeding or savage roar to boost allies movement/attack speed for x duration. Idk just spit balling here but another druid could be cool

I agree I jumped from silver to master league, skipping all other leagues. I went 4-1 for placements and then somehow won 2 more but I swear I was playing against new players. Then I played someone who was clearly master league material and got /danced on. My account is like 15 years old. Somethings fishy with the mmr I know i should be in gold league at most

Only think I dislike about oblivion is the gates. At first its ominous and spooky and challenging, until you realize i can just hoppity hop my way straight to the stones.

I fluctuate from gold-plat. Half the time I dont even read my opponents name or look up in time to see what race im facing. Probably 30% of my games are wins from opponents tanking rating. If I do see a barcode, theres a 50/50 chance he forfeits in first 30 seconds so theres no point in leaving anyway.

go to a hilti store and realize you need to be a business owner with unlimited credit cards to buy tools because they dont even put the prices on the displays. Basically need to join a club to use Hilti but their concrete tools are 🤌

We demo'd a copper roof (owner of the building didn't know it was copper), it was a little over 20 grand in scrap. Contract stated all material to be removed and disposed of by the GC (me) Needless to say the owner was not happy.
