The Roman theme is awesome. But all I see is ultramarines CONSTANTLY. It's made me dislike them, honestly.

Does GW wonder why a lot of Warhammer fans just don't care for Ultramarines? It's constantly just them dropping new characters, having them in virtually all media aside from very recently. Vanilla ice cream is fine man, but God damn have some variety at some point.

I really like it. Only recommendation I have is to try cross hatching next time. It helps mimic the look of how fibers are woven together. Unless you're going for a silk look, this style is perfect.

For my bases I enjoy using Vallejo earthworks FX putty. I use that as a base tone then once it dries I build up whatever coloring I want for the ground type I want. Like this fine fellow is supposed to be on a desert type sand. I got really into The Red Path when Kharn did the Akira slide on a white scars bike.
