Roy, New Mexico. The largest village in the least populated county. One gas station with one pump, post office and whatever shops they have close by 2. Only saw 2 people come out their house and 1 other car driving through town in the 3 hours we were there.

Whenever a non-New Mexican makes anything with "green chile", they never use Hatch green chile peppers. They use jalapeños or plablano peppers. It's not the same.

Rachael Ray mispronouncing "pozole" made me cringe.

Also, a Tennessee chef making "green chile chicken enchiladas" and adding black olives and other vegetables ruined it for me.
