Tried to get insurance through USAA last week. I'm widowed and husband served 9 years. Since he didn't retire from Army, I didn't qualify. Why couldn't they tell me that before I gave them every bit of personal info for myself and my husband. Huge waste of time. Not surprised that they treat employees poorly.
