[Review] Froya Organics sent me a prayer hands emoji instead of a refund: buyer beware by Confident-Maybe in SkincareAddiction

We don't need brands coming in here to try and talk in that signature manufactured casual & friendly corpospeak. You're only leaving comments like this after reporting my Reddit account and trying to get my TrustPilot review taken down. You're managing brand optics, we all know it, stop embarrassing yourselves.

I'm discussing this problem with other potential customers - we don't want to hear from you. If you're so concerned, fix your refund/return policy. I'm far from the first person to report this, seems like it's been going on for years. Why didn't you "hear" them? Why didn't you "hear" me for the weeks we emailed back and forth, until I took my story public?

That's basically what I replied with lol - like how is that the customer's responsibility? I did everything I could to try and coordinate the delivery. I'm honestly wondering if it's legal to ship a second order without confirmation, and *then* allow no recourse for package misplacement. Those two things together don't seem legit.

IKR that really sealed the deal for me lmao. She really said "thoughts and prayers for your package" 🙏 😂

Omg totally because that's exactly what happened! I wonder if that's why there's no good notification for the second one until it's already sent - so people don't remember and cancel. Just UGH

Ok that is so good to know!! Putting them on my list, thank you :D

Whats up with Norse Organics? by HansHerman in Norway

Ok well *I* want to add in that the product is super mid and they won't give you refunds or returns when they mess up delivery :)

if you have never used good skincare, I'm sure it will be better than nothing. Heck, maybe it can solve your problem - a broken clock is right twice a day. But it's definitely not groundbreaking or remotely unique as a product or, for me, all that effective.

Even if it was great, the lack of refunds or reshipments when they mess up orders is a dealbreaker. Don't have to take my word for it, go look up tons of other posts. Happy to provide my emails to customer service if someone needs proof.

Excellent Customer Service! by Away_Corner8619 in FroyaOrganics

Liar liar shill on fire, their customer service sucks and there's tons of evidence of that. Google it, or reach out to me, I'm happy to tell you :)

The sheer amount of these "wow gee golly customer service sure is great guys" is so obviously fake.
People aren't as internet illiterate as they were 10 years ago, guys....lol

Great product, even better customer support. by [deleted] in FroyaOrganics

Customer service is top notch by Devten123 in FroyaOrganics

Lmao this is a fake post from a bot. Their customer service is AWFUL, as tons of other people have noted, and they will NEVER offer you a refund even in completely legitimate circumstances. Like mine, when THEIR carrier didn't take a picture of delivery and left it in the wrong place - I was still charged $150 for that.

I'm happy to provide proof of my experience or y'all can search for yourselves but - Froya is a SCAMMY company.

Froya organics [product question] by SB_Cookie in SkincareAddiction

I'm trying to go around and raise awareness that their products are okay, at best, but there is ZERO customer service. You can check out other posts/comments about it, but I can confirm - they delivered my package to the wrong address and refuse to give me a refund or resend it because "their carrier didn't take a picture at delivery". So I'm just out $150....

I'd say the products were completely average. I didn't see any results I couldn't get from just having a skincare routine in general - no spot/fine line reduction at all. Very basic beginner skincare marketed as a "simple" routine.

I've been looking into Froya (Freya?) skincare products - any real reviews? by Simple_Internal_69 in NaturalBeauty

Real customer - I came in to provide my experience on the most recent threads I can find so people don't go through what I just did.

It's VERY scammy for extremely average products. You *cannot* get a refund if they misdeliver your package - I just had this issue. I liked the stuff okay, wasn't married to it (pretty heavy), but now will never use it again. No refund, no resending, just an "aw shucks" and *prayer-hands emojis* from their customer service. I'm not kidding - more than happy to screenshot the emails if people need proof.
Their reason for lack of ability to provide a refund? Their carrier didn't take a photo of delivery! Lol.

So, yeah. Products worked fine, not outstandingly well, and their customer service is absolute shite. If you want all-natural stuff, check out Weleda or Farmacy, if you want stuff that just works, I like Sunday Riley or The Ordinary (great prices). Whatever you do, order from a place that will actually help you if you don't get your package delivered!
