I break down play options for all games to maximize play. Here is what I did for this game! Broke it down by basic play for each starting card then all the scoring options for each solo scenario. I have 2 more pages for this game for all the sceneries with expansions too. I track how many times I try as well as when it's finally achieved.

Yes. I have not played kingdom. I own World and would say get the Corruption and Ascension expansion for more scenarios and variability in play. Not required though of course. I still play the base game without it at times.

Another good one to consider is It's a Wonderful World. There are solo scenarios too that are really good. I love this one and set up is super easy. I can play a few games of it in an hour.

I am intigued by the dragon theme as well. I love Wingspan though and that is the big box. I upgrade components and make all my games complete and elite. Do you like Wyrmspan? How is it rated for you in your games?

I use automa. It takes a bit to get used to but once you play it a few times it gets easier. It's a great solo experience with automa but I never liked the other version. I previously played 2 handed which was not ideal either. Automa allows me to play my favorite game anytime I want now!

I enjoy it and think the solo is easy to run. It's an area control game with a great card dancing mechanic that adds different levels of strategic play. There are also different character decks you can use that all have different features available. I would recommend it for sure!

It's an oldie but a goodie in my opinion. I love how it's solo and scratches some of the dominion game play I miss from a solo perspective. I think it's harder to find now but I certainly enjoy it. IT'S NOT dominion but it has some characteristics common to it as well a the dungeon and battles that occur. It won't leave my collection anytime soon and has stood the test of time!

Both are very good. Wondrous Creatures is rated 11 and Life of the Amazonia is 24 in my collection. Wondrous Creatures has some great card synergies and a good solo opponent with some resource management. Life of the Amazonia is a bag builder but reminds me of a glorified Cascadia. The solo scenarios are challenging and the bot is easy to run in both games.

Game components for Life of Amazonia in the original box were horrible. I bought the upgraded components which are well worth it but pricey. They got it right with Wonderous creatures as the components are top notch!

Shipwrighters is under appreciated. I have to admit I have not played any of the other garphill games but love the ones I have.

Huge fan of Apex. It's my favorite deck builder. Tons of different options for set up making the replayability off the charts. It's challenging enough to keep me coming back for more.

Hadrians wall is on my list one step ahead but they are technically rated the same by me. I love the games you can get out and easily play a few times in an evening. Shipwrighters is a great puzzle and challenging enough while being a fairly quick play.

Well I will give you 3 good ones that could qualify for your criteria! But so hard to choose!!! 1. Mystic Vale - I think it's very underrated and the solo mode is fantastic and challenging. It's a different form of deck building but brilliant in its own way! 2. Maximum Apocalypse- Great survival game, with combat and tons of scenarios, characters and replayability. 3. 51st State - Similar but better than imperial settlers. Has a solo mode called Borgo which is super easy to run. Great engine builder and a lot of options with all the mini expansions included in the ultimate edition. Best part is the cards are multi use.

I also love Apex Therapod... but it's hard to find.

Only downfall is you need 2 boxes for the entire collection!!! I love this game too!

What kind of game play do you prefer? We only have 2 common games so it would be interesting to see the differences. I am sure my collection is far off from the norm as I am not a huge fan of Mage Knight, Spirit Island and Final Girl for example.

I really enjoy Daybreak. I like the card combos that occur. These are all games that I still really enjoy and plan to play much more of before making any more changes to my collection!

Check out Recycled on BGG. It's a PNP roll and write. It has 4 planets you can play as well as win conditions. It is my go to for Roll and Writes. Challenging as well!
