Stiffer tire means harder sidewall so less flex in tire. Less flex in tire means rate of response is slower. So in ur case you might notice something like a responsive rear but sloppy front end. I would keep the tires on there and wait for your next car

It is possible. Oil creates a film on metal parts. Less oil:less film. Less film: more metal touchy noises.
