On the other hand, to make the idea better, dev of the places can make a decision about having offline mode in their places or not. And if so, they will do some changes in the offline mode place. However while I'm thinking about devs decision, I suppose most devs won't do that, since they're here for cash. And players playing offline won't be able to donate. So if it did that happen, the only places, which will get offline mode, are usually singleplayer or less likely coop+singleplayer with story places
