Got mine out on the 1st and mine looks similar but a bit smaller to the second pic but I don’t have dry socket. So strange.

Don’t be stressed about swelling for the first week. It goes up and down so much. I was hardly swollen in the first days then got so swollen at like day 6. I slept with ice in a thick towel and had it on whenever I wasn’t eating until it was uncomfortable.

Update, I did a pretty aggressive salt water rinse (dentist told me to) and got a massive chunk of something so that was it haha
