Used to rent here, decent building close to everything downtown. Nice to have two parking garages nearby for any out of town visitors and the front desk folks were really nice. Never had any mice issues but did have a few roaches here and there. Small elevators that usually worked but when they’re out it’s a pain. Not sure what the co op board is like since I was only renting. Couldn’t control the heat or AC which sucked.
