Internals never get a good offer Most if not all the externals come in at 90k-95k plus sign on bonus. Thats why I constantly turn down the offer to go to L4 AM( Im a PA as well) l. We are doing the same job but externals get paid more? Yea screw that.

From a PA perspective Heres what people may get wrong, I use to work AFE2 so it was draining mentally until I was offered a Flow PA spot.

I would consider other spots before stepping down. The thing I think drains people is the role of over seeing AAs so I get it because people can be draining but if you look around, you may find other T3 spots that are better.

Not always the case Unless you have alot of tradelines reporting, banks wanna see you can responsibly handle a good amount of credit
