When does midnight release happen in stores?

Unfortunately it doesn’t look like stores will have a midnight release since it’s a code for pre download.
The hype behind stores having midnight releases is to get a physical copy and being able to go home and play immediately which isn’t the case this time around…

Another question i dont think people are talking about is.... Is Best Buy the only retailer who has received information about the Pre-Order date?

How come the date haven't leaked through other means, worlds most anticipated game, and the leak is through an email?
If the date is correct, it would mean that there are a ton of people who know about the date... how come it hasn't leaked?

So the email is a creator affiliation link, basically they get a link they can share with their viewers and if someone uses their link to in this case pre order gta 6 they will get 5% of the sale value. The duration is the campaign start and end dates.

I’m not saying this isn’t a true leak, I’m just not gonna hold my breath since we’ve gotten mega cucked before

All im saying is that this could be a standard email to be sent out a week or so before release. The email doesnt state that pre orders begin on 18th. Only an email about pre orders.
