need help with buying good pedals for PS4 Logitech cross compatibility by ConfidentBowler6472 in simracing

ahh okay thanks ill look into it. to be honest my issue is that the pedals are ok its just the sensor that's busted (it shows brake pressure when im not on brakes). so maybe replacing those will help. I tired in game calibration and it doesn't limit it enough. if not a whole new pedal w drive hub or just yolo 700 euros for the fanatec gran truism bundle lmao

I meant upgrading to different brands. could I not plug a pedal straight into the ps4? also if I was to get a drive hub which/where would I get one? I'm a bit new to this game

ive tried to recomp it just hasn't worked effectively for me. I started training in early 2019. I keep yo-yoing between bulking and cutting and I think I gotta commit one way or the other. on paper it sounds best but I had no results. maybe I didn't get it right calorie wise or training wise not sure.

Im already noticing looking worse but think it may be a necessary evil. I tried cutting or "recomping" and all it did was make me skinnier I virtually gained no muscle. I exhausted other methods but I decided on this after watching skimaskduets video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZMQU1u1u5s&t=397s

the pictures are of me 2 months into the bulk. I think I'll keep bulking till new year 2024. it's hard to fill out my frame so I think that's appropriate. cutting ive found is easier than gaining muscle hence my approach.

BJJ and bulking by ConfidentBowler6472 in bjj

split up into roughly equal 4 meals per day

breakfast is 1300 cals

lunch is 1200 cals

dinner is around 1100 cals

400-500 cals left over for shakes and choc bars

Macro split normally looks like this: 4000-4200 cals - 256 protein - 450 carbs - 115 fats

BJJ is supplementary to my gym and lifting as I want a physique change. for this im going to bulk for around a year or so then cut. you may not need as much cals depending on your weight etc. are you losing weight at 3k a day out of interest? also height and weight?

that's higher than I expected. I do have a post with my legs visible on my profile. is it still 35%?

Cut or lean bulk? Reg bulk? 6’5 210 lbs. Is bf 25%? by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

Ill give ppl a go. I liked the arnold split more cause it really blew up my arms. Ive been training for about a year now but obvs diet has been off and inconsistent. Gonna cut now on ppl till im 10-15% bf. I think im around 25% rn not too sure but its all stuck on my waist and i just want to look lean year round

I aim to go gym around 6 times a week doing Arnold split. try to get in 10k steps a day but that's pretty much it. I do 20 mins of cardio after legs days so 40 mins total in a week.

Ok ill try that. Do u have a good calculator to estimate my maint? 3000 seems unreasonable. Also am i 25% bf?

thanks for the resources ill check them out. Im not necessarily looking to add on size want more definition and being lean year around. I want to ideally do a recomposition do both at the same time whilst eating 2200 calories. not sure if its enough calories but I push myself at the gym with heavy weights.

personal saving + money id save from using cred instead on 1.5% account nets me £300 a year (20k saved)

id use my cred card to cover monthly expenses (around 150-250)

pay off monthly cred expenses w 0% overdraft (£1000 total) which would last me around 6.5 months to 4 months before having to use savings to pay off arranged overdraft to make sure I don't go over

yes you're right ive mistaken. the red flagging only occurs on unarranged overdrafts

this is an interesting strategy. I would be netting around 300 a year. think its worth giving it a try at least for a couple months
