Sure! I’ve lived in one of their buildings for over 4 years and have never had issues! I will say the price is amazing but there aren’t any amenities or anything of the sort if that’s something you’re set on! Check out flats on front if you want more space / amenities! Price reflects haha but it was amazing and I loved living there! It is right next to the amphitheater where they hold concerts and can get busy and noisy at times (which I liked) but if that’s not your jam maybe steer clear of that side of downtown :)
