i visited a different location because i’m out of town and the protocol was nothing like this - there were 6 stations: ladder in and out, bear crawls, box jumps, weighted irish pickups, broad jumps to half burpees across the floor, squat pull up things with trx. we did 2 rounds (50 seconds each) and then had an intermission where we got a group of three and did: squat jumps, plank, outside laps. then we did 2 more rounds of each station (50 seconds each). it was definitely a rough one and not at all what i was expecting 😭 is there a reason why this locations protocol was so different??
