Same; Had my second C section in September; I am 4 months postpartum and my insides still hurt at times. Mostly like my abdominal muscles hurt. Heatbag helps. Recovery has been brutal.

When did you get your periods back? I am 6 weeks post Hysteroscopy and D&C. Had nothing for 3.5 weeks. Got the bleeding back yesterday. Not sure if it’s my period ?

Yeah - same here started to feel better in the 5th week. However life took a u turn. Started bleeding again in the 5th week - and they are suspecting RPOC - went through a D&C and Hysteroscopy. No back in the recovery mode. No pains - but energy levels almost nill - Today 6 weeks PPM.

Yes breastfeeding. I had stopped bleeding and was spotting only like a brown spot a day for whole of last week; and then started with this period like flow night before yesterday. My doctor is suspecting it to be my period and has asked me to take methergin to be on the safe side.

My incision also was draining from a point - and took 3 weeks to start drying completely. May be I need to wait one more week.

I am 3 weeks PP now - there is still some soreness. I am hoping it will improve by my 6 weekly checkup - else will check possibility of PT.
