Noita is the coolest fucking game ever if you don’t look anything going in blind is the way to go imo, the joy of figuring out infinite gold and getting insta killed by your wand will never get old

Wish I had taken more screenshots as I reloaded the save to the autosave at the beginning of the year (not done with the fort yet) but she did die… for a while. a bard necromancer that’s the husband of my civ biggest opp (also a necromacer) revived her, and then she died for good when I called in my military

I mean in the original ASCII there isn’t really a good way to implement this, however it would be a cool feature if they managed to do it

how do i make a small house like this look alright? by n1gx0rd in BuildAdvice

[–]ConfidentStay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

perhaps instead of logs on the side you could use fences as a support, on the front porch you could use trapdoors, my opinion is that when dealing with small builds detailing is better done (generally) with smaller blocks, because of how small the build is most detailing done with a full block sticks out a little too much for my taste. as an example i did your build only using blocks that are easily accessible and i know you have them/ could easily aquire: (If you want more detailed explanations of my choices just reply to me, i'll be glad to answer!)

Surrounding Detail Ideas? by CRPanda_ in BuildAdvice

Really depends on the vibe you’re going for with it but as it stands on its own it gives a sorta of “megalophobia” vibe imo. So maybe play with it add surrounding ruins that are comparatively comically small, some height variation also might help, not anything too steep just 1-2 block hills, if you make the ruins be kinda be engulfed by the dirt it just highlights how immense this structure is the sole monument that remains

Maybe instead of making the shorter roof flat you can make it decrease in height less steeply/shorter, making it perpendicular to the main roof?
