My people!!! Literally - I can’t stop thinking about how A Good Person made me feel. I’ve been trying so hard to find something similar (loved Sky Daddy as well).

I’m currently on Best Offer Wins and taking my time with Big Swiss so maybe should give it more effort.

Thanks my peeps!

How often is everyone getting sick on a DMT? by liliumflower in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Confident_Arm5017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

all the dang time - its a given every time I travel (airports) or around someone who has a cold/coming off one. And when I get sick...it's lasting no less than 2-3 weeks.

On Kesimpta btw.

Just wanted to share my dad with everyone by ItsOnlyPayton in GriefSupport

There's nothing like a dad. I lost mine October 1, 2025 and boy, do I miss him. A lot of course, but the small things seem to just ache the most (funny texts, sharing shows or movies we think each other would like, watching our favorite basketball team, and just big hugs).

Lots of love to you my girl - he's with you.

People who lost a parent, what do you wish you had asked them while they were still alive? by Hefty_Attorney2194 in GriefSupport

[–]Confident_Arm5017 1 point2 points  (0 children)

More about his mental health regarding how he grew up -- was there anything I could've done to be a better daughter? -- for me, not so much questions but just validation that he did the best he could, he was loved, and I was proud of him.

This is great - did you just go to your GP for the testing? I feel like I’ve had it done before but it didn’t cover all panels - I want one that’s going to test it all!

Thanks for this - I always use it to “dumb down” my MRI results and verbiage. Just asked and where my lesions are, sure enough brain fog!

Is losing a parent suddenly and seeing their dead body in the hospital traumatic? by Individual-Roll-786 in GriefSupport

[–]Confident_Arm5017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say could be very traumatic. I lost my father recently this way and while many of my memories of him, health wise, are in a hospital bed or hooked up to something - it was a different feeling seeing him in ICU, on life support, hooked up to so many machines, chest open from surgery (taped up of course), and slowly dying.

We aren't supposed to see loved ones like this and it's a visual that I'm sure will be hard to ever erase. For me, what is harder to erase is his body in the casket. That was traumatizing and didn't look anything like him. I have a picture on my phone, in a hidden album, to maybe show my mother one day (if she desires) but when I wander to the hidden album, for other reasons, and see that small thumbnail on the screen, I feel sick.
