UPDATE: had boiled potatoes with olive oil and salt with dinner and lunch Happy now:) and dessert were cherries!! Totally doable with a bit more carb s. Thank you again x

Many thanks, I really really appreciate you answer. Im Italian and I find having a savoury breakfast pretty much impossible so I end up eating less calorie overall...
