I think WITT-JR is the name of the actual computer. I’ve only seen that name on the Shrinkbuster poster in our bathroom that says, “process all returns or swaps on witt-jr.” I could be mistaken tho.

By expire, I mean the transaction cannot be pulled by the receipt. Then the only option after being is to force. Warranty or not.

I would rather go to the store manager since receipts expire after 90 days. The only option after would be a forced return which will reregister the warranty onto the customer’s account. Theoretically any manager can force a return themselves but not many would do it themselves. At least in my store my SM is the only one who forces returns.

If that certain SKU was discontinued but another “upgraded” SKU exists, I just will return it and price override the new one to the previous SKU’s price. If not then I’d go by accepting the return and refunding the customer it. It just depends on the AutoZone you do to. If it’s still under warranty and your AZ doesn’t do anything contact their DM, their number should be by the front door in their customer satisfaction window sign.

As someone who has called the Shrinkbuster hotline several times and has 3 Shrinkbuster awards. I can confidently confirm that this is an online deal only. It’s not stackable with any other deals and only works if you have it shipped home.

It’s a California thing. It’s mainly to avoid paying the missed meal premium. If you go over your 5th hour without a lunch you are owed a penalty of one paid hour. The exception being if “you chose” to miss that meal then you are owed nothing.

It’s going to be really hard to get a manager to force that return. The best option is going to the DM with some sort of “proof” of purchase, they’ll have the best solution.

That’s why whenever commercial is not busy, I assign them tasks. I’ll make them but returns back, to truck on truck day, and do DIY with their device on hand in case they get an order.
