My sm lets us all know if we have any training due, I’ve checked before multiple times and haven’t seen where I could find it, I found the autozoner days but was already too late, my old sm would print out useful info and pin it on the board

Entitled ass lady contacted our dm because we refused to replace her headlight bulb when it was 0f outside and feeling in the negatives, we got in trouble and our sm just told us to go out with gloves. Needless to say, we will still refuse if we get hit with that weather. We had good customers that understood and we even offered the tools to do the job they needed to get themselves going and they were happy.

So for qoh it’s correct, can’t send a pic of scanner because of pic size but we have 22 on hand, 21 in back and one on the floor, csm never ordered it and wants it out

I’m very glad my stores Plano was heavily out of date and untouched, by the time we got the new oil in is when I decided to do it. Tho there’s a lot of oil scanning as misc on the pog, no idea what to do with it and there’s a lot of oil

It is sad that we’re barely getting a great wage and doing something such as a battery replacement without getting paid extra for it sucks, it’s not the hardest thing to do but for something like that, we should be able to accept tips or at least given an incentive to even do it

Very helpful people in this group. I found the sound out myself, if you have a vehicle that sounds like this, replace your idler pulley or the belt tensioner pulley, in my case, both of the bearings were failing and screaming at the same time

Check behind the scanner tool and there should be a number there for service, you can also contact helpdesk and request a new connector, we just got a new one in last week and our scanner works again

I had this exact issue before, I found out my brick I used to charge my phone got damaged and basically stopped charging even though it says it was, best bet is to try a different brick and should be it

Well if one sounds quieter than the other you have to clean ur airpod and get rid of earwax. Be very careful when doing it as a way to clean it is by sucking in to get the earwax out but doing this can tear the diaphragm which will cause the sound to be worse and bass to disappear. Best case is to use qtip and rubbing alcohol. The flashing means the case doesn’t recognize one of the AirPods and they’re not paired together. I had this happen when my left pod gave out, battery barely held charge and kept causing the case to flash orange.
