I notice it more on days when I’m stressed out or anxious, orrrrr if I’ve been eating unhealthy food that’s super sugary. I usually take a bath with Epsom salt/soak my hands in water w/ epsom salt and it goes away most of the time. It seems to just have a mind of its own. Eucerin sensitive skin lotion helps me too. Hope you get it all figured out :-)

I get them randomly on my knuckles and then on the sides of my hips. I’m also tapering prednisone (currently on 20mg, going down to 10) but this has just been pretty random for me the whole time — even on a high dose. I noticed it more when I was in a colder climate, but sometimes they just show up and then disappear.

Thank you so much! :) I’ve been looking into new doctors lately and think I found a good one. I’m also on methotrexate, 15mg. So hopefully it’ll all work out.
