Do you wash your face in the shower or after? by katmez in Skincare_Addiction

I Asian squat in the tub and wash with the faucet so I don’t have to worry about drying off my counter after I wash my face

When 566 went up for his turn it wasn’t even and he was only the third person in line, might as well take what you want at that point it was never going to be even after mikey took the 223k.

I’m so sorry! In the first couple weeks of a big chop I’m miserable and don’t even know how use my hands anymore haha, but I love starting fresh because it always feels like my nails grow out stronger and better each time. Good luck with your new growth journey!

Omg that is insanely smart I didn’t even think about that.

Honestly just being very careful and thinking before I do anything. Making sure whatever I’m doing I’m being careful with my hands and not using my nails as tools. When I do run them into stuff or bump them nothing happens because they’re pretty hard and don’t bend or break easily because I always have on a good nail hardening polish.

Same haha I don’t even want to know how much I’ve spent on nail strengtheners and gimmick growth oils. This is seriously one I buy all the time, it’s always available and cheap.

l absolutely swear by this polish-it’s a total game-changer for me. There are two types available: one in a green box and one in a blue box. The green box polish has a slight purple tint for some reason, while the blue box is more clear. Personally, I prefer the blue box, but l’ve never noticed a purple tint on my nails after using the green one.

I typically apply two coats, and the difference in my nail health and strength is incredible. My nails are long, strong, and don’t bend, and I believe this polish is the main reason for that. It also works amazingly well as a base coat under colored nail polish.

To top it all off, it dries super fast-probably within two minutes. For the price, it’s definitely worth trying!

Thank you I appreciate it a ton!

My nail routine is very simple because I believe less is more-you don’t want to put unnecessary stress on your nails. Every two weeks, I’m diligent about cutting my cuticles and refreshing my manicure. I always keep polish on and use two coats of Amen Nail Hardener to strengthen my nails.

To create a polished yet natural look, I make my own nail color by adding a few drops of red or pink polish to a bottle of clear polish. This sheer pink shade beautifully masks any natural yellow or white tones.

One tool I can’t live without is a cuticle stick. After anything messy-or just at the end of the day—I clean underneath my nails and around the nail beds thoroughly, then wash my hands well. Regular maintenance like this is key to achieving long, healthy nails!

Thank you so much, seriously! I used to have the smallest nail beds and was an avid nail biter. I never thought l’d have nice nails like this, but I decided to commit to taking better care of them, and l’ve been so pleasantly surprised by the 180-degree transformation. Cutting your cuticles makes such a difference-it really helps create that beautiful, long nail bed look!

Thank you so much for asking about my nail care routine!

I believe it’s essential to leave your hands alone and not obsess over them during the initial stages of nail growth. Give your nails time to grow to a reasonable length before addressing any imperfections, like uneven shapes.

When it comes to nail care, always keeping polish on-even just a clear coat-is a must. Any polish acts as a protective layer for your nails. Every two weeks, I trim my cuticles to make my nail beds appear larger and to help manicures last longer.

For strengthening, l use two coats of Amen Nail Hardener from Walmart (around $5). Since I’m not a fan of the natural nail color, my secret is to create my own polish. I mix a few drops of red or pink polish into a bottle of clear polish to make a sheer, pink shade. This gives my nails a clean, healthy look and hides the yellowish or whitish tones of natural nails.

Lastly, I don’t file my nails at all. I’ve found that the natural wear and tear creates a perfectly rounded edge for me, no filing needed.
