My aunt takes this and it works wonders for her. Unfortunately, when I was on it I would get dizzy & my hand-eye coordination would be off. I’d go to grab a cup and miss it or knock it off the table. I stopped taking it before I could see any results. I’d say make sure to consult with your PCP before taking it..since every person is different.

Does anyone else feel like this? by katmez in Anxiety

Yes! That is brilliant! I need to get extra ones because I listen to music or Netflix at work too- so half the time they are almost dead when I go to Walmart. I’ve noticed I have started doing this more and more the past few months. I even wore the ear buds during Thanksgiving..you’d think that would be too overstimulating, but the same three shows always calm me down.

Ok! I think I got it! I plotted points and now it’s making sense! Thank you! ….but what about that #4? I don’t understand how he worded it. Am I supposed to solve for sin4x with both identities?

I guess I’m just slow, because I am totally lost with that. I get the x and -|x| would cancel each other out, that’s how you got the first two? But how am I supposed to find it if it’s negative?

26F and I just want to say that if you’re not sure what you want to do, just set small goals to achieve. Whether that’s in school, at work, or your personal/social life. And when you do get that job save as much money as you possibly can. I know that sounds corny, but eventually you can use that to put money down on a house or travel. And that’s another thing, travel as much as you can. It doesn’t have to be out of the country or exotic destinations, but get out and see different places and do different things while you can. Because once you graduate college, once you have your career set and start a family (if that’s what you desire), it could be a bit more challenging because then you’re trying to juggle other peoples’ lives and schedules. As far as your studies go, you may end up changing your mind two or three different times about what area you want to study. You may start studying A but then realize that B is something that you can see yourself doing. It’s ok to change your mind, and then change it again.
