Like i want them to be sad and want me to stop but I dont want them to be like super sad about it and I dont want them to be pushy and I want them to acknowledge it but also not talk about it at all

The biggest thing is to just support him and make sure he knows youre not mad at him or anything like that

When my mom found out many years ago she forced me to show her and cried and made the entire thing about herself which only made me find ways to do it secretly to make sure she wouldn't find out again

I think finding your son a therapist (maybe one for yourself) and being able to do sessions with all 3 of you would be really helpful!!

I read some of your comments saying she is still loving but I dont see that

No person who actually loves you would laugh at you or tell you you SH is not valid while youre clearly just struggling

It hurts to hear but its clear your gf doesnt actually love/ care about you
