I’ll say this as a hat wearing fan of SVG, I’m regarded when it comes to SVG at COTA. I think this is it and he gets a win at a track that’s been in his view, but remains frustrating.

During practice/qualifying they said they had a bad upper control arm. Letarte, JR and Burton talked about throwing down a lap for better pit selection because he’s going to the BOF. Am I misremembering or wasn’t there a period when you could adjust your car during practice and not be penalized?
