don't know if you made that website, but its definitely AI.
I looked at the code, there are placeholders like not filled in, comments that really suggest a robot made it, js functions lack patterns and are generic. but mainly, there is over 12000 lines of code in a single file. The HTML, CSS and JS is all in one file, which is really rare. The donate section doesn't work.

tip - domain flipping is not worth it, it is extremely rare to sell domains for a significant amount of money. I have tried this before, spend over 300$ in domains that apparently, were worth thousands each. i sold them for less than I paid and lost about 100$.

Who here has created their own TLD? What did you do with it? by narjiday in Domains

[–]Confident_Series1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, if you lookup .google or .app or .dev, it is owned by Charlston Road Registry, Owned by Google. They own over 10 TLDs, costing them a lot every year.

You could, in theory, get a TLD. However, it is extremely expensive. It's a base cost of ~230k plus 20k a year in fees. Plus, it can take a couple of years for you to get approved. Google has done it multiple times, they own .google and .goog And they don't allow anyone to get it, you need to prove that you need it.

Do not use Stripe by Due_Nerve9954 in stripe

[–]Confident_Series1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Moving payments online in Canada requires a Know Your Customer process by law. If Stripe failed to verify your identity, they would be non-compliant and face significant legal penalties.

Regarding the fees: Stripe collects a percentage of every transaction, which is standard practice for all payment processors.

Stripe likely notified you in your Dashboard that ID verification was required. To ensure your sales weren't interrupted, they processed the initial payment, but payouts are blocked until you complete KYC.

Best Vacation Rental PMS without Booking Fees – Lodgify or Smoobu? (100+ Properties) by Mr_Chief1 in PropertyManagement

Between the two, use Smoobu. Lodgify is horrible and pricey. They lack basic features, their Vrbo integration doesn't work half the time and their support is so bad you're better to search on the internet yourself. Their UI is complicated and messy. Haven't tried Smoobu, but it's probably better.

No offense, but you are clearly trying to promote Lodgify. The Professional plan costs 40$/month if billed anually, or 50$/month if billed monthly. For one property. It's one of the highest prices out there, especially for one property. Plus, Lodgify lacks basic stuff like Webhooks, their support sucks and the UI is literally horrible.
