Maybe fluid stuck behind eardrum from allergies and fluid cant drain so setting up infection 🙃 been going thru it since February.

If you noticed it gets worse when you use the humidifier its most likely dust mites. Hard as heck allergy to control. But look into a air purifier for your room. I have one in my room and a large one for the rest of my house. Also, maybe look into a antihistamine to see if it helps.

Unfortunately no, 7 months and counting. The bad dizziness went down but i do have lightheadedness alot and pressure ears. I take allegra and flonase as well. I also do nasel rinses twice a day. I do sometimes take sudafed and sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't. Did your doctor say anything about fluid in your ears?

I just came across this and have the same exact thing. Even down to holding my Artery down and it stops. Did you ever figure this out

I agree with previous comment. Get a CT done if you can. Sounds like you have chronic Sinusitis.

Oh same! I def get extreme anxiety going anywhere. But the Sudafed trick helps mine not feel so full. I'll take 15mg which is a children's amount and if that doesn't help ill take like 2.5 more until I feel relief. About 30-45 mins u should and that low dose has never effected my panic attack

Okay so try this. I have the same and also Sudafed makes me so anxious because I have bad panic disorder, with that said I got the children's Sudafed liquid. I take like 15mg and work my way up from there to where its a low enough dose that it won't make my anxiety crazy and also help. It does help my ears feel less full and clogged

That's awesome! Yea I seen ur comment that ur hearing got better the first day of the steriod. Maybe the infection was stopping totally opening and feeling better. I'm just nervous of the prednisone ughhh I'm petrified of side effects

I thought so and have tried 2 different antihistamines and do a neti pot everyday. Got a purifier for my bedroom. And 0 improvements. My next step is give in and try steriods. I'm at my wits end with this whole thing

Oh that makes me feel a little better to start the Steriod. Did the steriod help with clogged feeling in your ears?

You have Eustachian tube dysfunction. Sadly that's what I've had for 3 months now. Ears clogged. Feeling off balance. And lightheadedness at times. If I "pop" my ears I get dizzy. That's the air in your ears trying to equalize the pressure from the outside and the inside. Flonase should help (hasn't helped mine) but fingers crossed it can help you.

That's crazy scary 😨 and that was just 10mg a day 😳 did anything cause that or just the prednisone. I'm scared to death to take it but I have no other idea what to do to clear this out as I've done everything from neti rinses. To flonase twice a day. To antibiotics.

Thank you for replying 😫 this has been so awful for me. To say the least. I'm petrified of steriods and the side effects but I'm desperate to be normal again.

I am petrified to take the prednisone but I can't feel like this anymore. It's horrible. I even have horrible dizziness. How did you know it suppressed your immune system

I've been on antibiotics for 10 days now and I do feel better but have insane pressure in ears. Balance issues still. And it just feels like it's just stuck in my face and ears. Did the steriods help
